Other Device Setup Guide

WiFi glowswitch devices are compatible with Matter hubs, making it easy to get started with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit and other platforms.

You may need this QR code and PIN (also included with device):

Note: We are not yet Matter certified and devices may show as 'Test Vendor' or 'Uncertified'.

Alexa Setup

Follow the instructions from Amazon:

Set Up Matter Devices with Alexa

HomeKit Setup

  1. Hold your iPhone or iPad close to the glowswitch device
  2. Open the Home app on your iPhone or iPad and tap the Add (+) button.
  3. Tap Add Accessory.
  4. Select 'Matter Accessory' from the Nearby Devices prompt
  5. Press 'Add anyway' when prompted with 'Uncertified Device'
